It is too late to act on this now, but does anyone know if the Florida governor would have legal standing to order the autopsy performed by, say, the FBI?

He could simply say that the case has generated much distress on both sides of the debate, and to remove any further acrimony he is having the body removed to a third-party not associated with the state for examination.

The FBI could then release the full details of the autopsy for public inspection. If professionally conducted in the most meticulous fashion, taking into account the most popular accusations of her maltreatment, then perhaps it will settle a lot of questions.

I agree. But, as someone pointed out on this thread, Michael Schiavo (and everyone who supported him) will have their day of judgement. It may not come soon. But God has plenty of time to wait for them. The bitter irony may hit them as they lay in their beds, incapacitated but still clinging to life. Life and death are full of such ironies...

I have heard several times that IF Terri had an eating disorder, that caused the imbalance that then caused a heart attack, then IT WOULD STILL BE MS'S FAULT, because he kept telling her she was too fat---

Liberals and their judicial flunkies have no respect for the law. They are an arrogent, elitist group who thinks they have a right to inflict their atrocities on anyone they want because of their self-proclaimed 'elevated awareness'.

You can't rationalize with these folkjs anymore than you could with Caligula; it's an ingrained, inseperable part of their personalities. Trying rationalizing with the likes of Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot, Saddam Hussein, Margaret Sanger. You just can't do it. There's only one way to end the aspirations of such people.

Michael's denial of Terri's parents and family at her bedside in her last moments is utterly indefensible. Even families who squabble and bicker all the time,(and when the funeral meats are being eaten, they're grumbling about the will and who gets Aunt Minnie's silver), even those families let bygones be bygones and have the grace to gather at the bedside of whomever's dying. But maybe Michael needed to tell Terri he was 'sorry' killing her by inches. (Perhaps he thinks she'll forgive him and everything will be hunky dory.) That's not something he's likely to have cared to say with others listening.

Except that Terri's wish not to be on life support was convenient hearsay, recalled from a casual, years earlier conversation by Michael when it suited his purpose. (Doubtless suggested by Felos.) This doesn't pass the smell test.

The pro-death crowd has claimed more lives than the most evil person in history........and yet the thirst for death is not even close to being slaked. Never will be.

I am looking forward to the day when we take these despots, tie them to the nearest tree, and shoot them for their crimes against humanity.

The Lord gave me sun and balmy weather up through lunch time today; the sprinkling came later (it's always cold and cloudy, it seems in central NY).

OH? Massachusetts Supreme Court sure thinks it has the power to order that a law be "fixed" or else. No other court seems to be arguing with them.

.....there will be plenty of evidence to present at their trials......just go to the local Planned Parenthood and the such and seize their records. It will all be there. It won't be murder, it will be justice.

It's all documented, signatures and all. Nobody in their right mind would call Nuremburg a crime, and so shall it be with this.
