But judges are not the ones to fix broken laws OH? Massachusetts Supreme Court sure thinks it has the power to order that a law be "fixed" or else. No other court seems to be arguing with them.

OH? Massachusetts Supreme Court sure thinks it has the power to order that a law be "fixed" or else. We're supposed to be opposing that in all cases, not merely when we don't like the outcome.
