Government murder of 'undesirables" - Welcome to Nazi Germany.
Let the record show this happened under two bush administrations.
Hello Landru. It appears you have blown a head gasket just as I have over this. I have 2 short comments that to me sums it up
1) Evil will always rear its ugly head when good men do nothing
2) Reagan would have stopped this murder, PERIOD!!!!
I noticed that, too, when I saw your post in the "Pings."
Weird coincidence.
Terri has only brought to light what is legal in Florida, California, and no doubt other states in the Union. That euthanasia is legal, and has been for some time. Terri is but one of many.
In Tallahassee, Senate President Tom Lee, R-Brandon, stopped debate on a bill to announce Schiavo's death.
"Regardless of your perspective on end of life issues, it is a very sad moment and it is a very reflective moment for a lot of us and I think it would appropriate to have a moment of silence in her honor," Lee told the Senate.
Sen. Daniel Webster, who unsuccessfully sought support for a bill written to keep Schiavo alive, stood with his eyes closed. Behind him Sen. Gary Siplin, who voted against the bill, held his hands out palm up and also closed his eyes.

Rest in peace, Terri.
"This is an attack against God."
Fox has not yet named the Cardinal who made this statement.
I know, me too. First, it had to sink in, now I am very sad and have shed tears.
I do find comfort in the belief and faith I have that she is with the Lord and is comforted.
There was a bipartisan consensus in favor of saving Terri Schiavo. Unfortunately, the wishes of the legislative majority were overridden by a tyrannical state jurist.
You are so right!!
They made unprecedented moves to intervene, but were blocked by the runaway judiciary.
The problem is with the laws that have been allowed to be passed, and a culture of death judiciary.
But I'm repeating myself.
The subject is wide open now to start to solve the problems, thanks to the courage of Terri Schiavo and the Schindler family.
Pray for this nation, that this doesn't happen again.
A wise decision on his part indeed. This travisty will always be connected to him. If he knew he wasn't going to run for office, he had nothing to lose and could have saved a life. That looks even worse for him if that is at all possible.
God bless Terri.
Wether or not the Bushes should have broken the law can be argued and debated for hours, that's in the past. We can forget that and just remember to write ourselves a living will as soon as possible.
Beautiful pic / tribute to Terri. Thanks.
Yep
IT IS AN ATTACK AGAINST GOD! Terri's blood cries up to heaven!
Maybe, but I don't see that happening. He seems to be a somewhat private person who only fights in public when he has to. The Schlindlers, on the other hand... * shudder *
Actually, euthanasia is legal in not only Florida, but California as well.
