Well, had the family been a little less vindictive and had they helped perpetuate so many hideous accusations and outright lies, he probably would have allowed them to be there...
No, they made their bed back when the settlement was received and they wanted their share.
That being said, Terri didn't deserve to be used in a tug-o-war by her family or by Michael.
The breakdown of family values in this country is sad.

Hospice staffs are heroes, they do the work none of us would ever want to do. But Terri didn't belong in a hospice, she wasn't dying.
Schiavo and Felos hastened her death, no doubt about that, but did so by denying her food and water. They didn't need to do anything else.

I don't have a hard time accepting her fate. I have a hard time accepting what the POS has done to her family.
Pathetic excuse for a human.

They should make sure he doesn't have a file on insulin on his way in to the room. Only Terri's family and friends are stripped searched. The Seed of Satan was immune to this treatment.
One day the nurses invovled in the end of Terri's life will start talking just like the former nurses started talking. Mikey won't be able to hide the truth forever.

God will take care of Michael too.....what goes around, comes around. Michael will be haunted for the rest of his miserable, pathetic life.

This is just one more insult and cruelty to the Schindlers. What purpose does this ruling serve except to allow this ghoul to vent his spleen against them? Michael previously asked, "When is the bitch going to die?" Now he wants everyone to believe he is the loving husband, seeking some last moments of private grief with his beloved Terri. Greer's SS Storm Troopers will insure that this despicable charade is maintained. Herr Goebbel's main stream media propaganda machine will also assist.
Heil Greer! Heil Greer! The deed is almost done.

Terri Schiavo has now been murdered.
Michael Schiavo is a murderer.
Judge George the Butcher Greer is a murderer.
They murdered a defenseless invalid woman based on lies.
May justice be done.

People like Michael feel no guilt. If guilt were an emotion with him, we would have seen far different tactics to Terri and her family.
We know them by the fruits of their efforts. Michael got his fruits - the death of Terri which he has labored for for 8+ years.

To them Michael is the hero. They have an incredible inability to size someone up. He is a classic wife beater. History of abuse, Terri's mysterious broken bones, Terri's talk of divorce, Terri's "accident", his constant attempts to finish her off. Mostly his extreme cruelty to her parents and siblings. It is clear that Terri had a good relationship with her family....Schiavo not only wanted to destroy Terri but her family as well.

I doubt that Judges Whittemore, Carnes, or Hull will even reflect a few moments on their handiwork; any of these men could have put a stop to this at many points, but all washed their hands and turned their heads as they mouthed legal cant.
As to Judge Greer's actions, they are unspeakable. Whether they are the work of a man simply in a position beyond his capabilities or something darker, what he has done brings black shame on his profession.

Yea, I have a problem with Terri being killed. You have a problem with that?
The last turn of events with MS telling the parents to leave is cruel, and suspicious.

As I understand it, after tearfully testifying that he needed the money for her rehabilitation, the husband did not spend the awarded funds for rehab. That's when the parents stepped in wanting to control/divert monies for services that may have given her a better quality of life.
