New Probe into the Oklahoma City Bombing

We, the undersigned, believe that the federal government has not adequately disclosed all relevant information concerning the bombing of the Alfred E. Murrah federal building on April 19, 1995, a conspiracy in which Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols have been convicted of participating.

Ten years after the bombing, there are still many serious, unanswered questions regarding the terrorist attack, possible unknown conspirators and the integrity and completeness of the federal government's investigation.

We believe Congress can quickly and decisively clarify some circumstances related to the bombing by reviewing and releasing information currently held by various agencies of the federal government and by questioning key witnesses who are readily accessible to the Congress.

We believe several actions can be undertaken (by the appropriate committees or subcommittees) at minimal expense to help clarify the circumstances surrounding the Oklahoma City bombing and to help the public evaluate whether this matter has been fully and fairly investigated. These actions include, but are not limited to, the following steps:

1. Associated Press reporter John Solomon and others have published well-documented reports that strongly suggest McVeigh and Nichols were linked to a white supremacist bank robbery gang known as the Aryan Republican Army. The leader of that gang, Pete Langan, is currently serving a life sentence in federal prison.

a) We request that Congress review for potential release all FBI internal records pertaining to the investigation of the Aryan Republican Army. b) We request that Congress subpoena Langan to testify about his knowledge of the Oklahoma City bombing and compel that testimony if necessary through a grant of immunity from further future prosecution.

2. According to extensive court records, Terry Nichols visited the Philippines from November 1994 through January 1995, at which time Ramzi Yousef was also in the country. Both Nichols and Yousef have been credibly linked to Southwestern University in Cebu City, the Philippines. Nichols is currently serving multiple life sentences for his role in the Oklahoma City bombing and no further prosecution is reasonably foreseeable at this time.

a) We request that Congress review for potential release all FBI internal records pertaining to the Bureau's investigation of Nichols' activities in the Philippines. b) We request that Congress subpoena or depose Nichols, in a manner consistent with all prudent security considerations, to testify about his knowledge of the Oklahoma City bombing and possible related Islamic militant activity in the Philippines and compel that testimony if necessary through a grant of immunity from further future prosecution.

3. According to records released by the Bureau of Prisons, the FBI and the INS, the U.S. government detained Mohammed Jamal Khalifa, an intimate associate of Osama bin Laden and an alleged al Qaeda financier operating in the Philippines, in December 1994. The aforementioned records indicate that Khalifa was transferred to a maximum security prison on the date of the Oklahoma City bombing and deported to Jordan two weeks later. The records also indicate that Khalifa remained in U.S. custody even after his announced deportation. Many other records relating to this detention remain undisclosed. We believe this case raises serious questions even outside the context of the Oklahoma City bombing.

a) We request that Congress review for potential release all FBI, INS internal records pertaining to the federal government's handling of the Khalifa arrest. b) We request that Congress subpoena all relevant U.S. officials to testify about the events leading to Khalifa's arrest, his status while in U.S. custody and his subsequent deportation. c) We request that Congress depose or otherwise seek to interview Khalifa (a Saudi national who lives freely in Saudi Arabia) about his arrest and deportation.

4. According to evidence presented in U.S. v. Ramzi Yousef, an al Qaeda-linked terrorist named Abdul Hakim Murad in U.S. custody at the time of the Oklahoma City bombing told prison guards and the FBI that Yousef's terrorist organization was responsible for the attack. Murad is currently serving a life sentence for his terrorist activities.

a) We request that Congress review for potential release all FBI and other government records pertaining to Murad, his claim and the subsequent investigation of that claim. b) We request that Congress subpoena all relevant U.S. officials to testify about the events surrounding that investigation. c) We request that Congress subpoena or depose Murad, in a manner consistent with all prudent security considerations, regarding his claim to have knowledge of the Oklahoma City bombing.

There are many other possible inquiries that may be fruitful in examing this matter, and we urge Congress to explore a wider inquiry. However, the four points outlined above may be accomplished in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost, and we urge Congress to immediately undertake these simple steps. We believe that a full investigation of the above issues will lead to more substantiative avenues for further inquiry.

News reports recently indicated that U.S. Rep. Dana Rohrabacher is considering a new probe of the Oklahoma City bombing. Previous reports have also indicated that House Judiciary Committee Chairman Arlen Specter is receptive to the idea of re-examining the case.

The petition states only that the federal government has not satisfactorily released details of its investigation of Oklahoma City. You can the petition in good faith even if you do not believe there was a wider conspiracy.

INTELWIRE opted for this approach after numerous Freedom of Information Act requests on this case were refused or simply ignored by the FBI and other federal agencies. INTELWIRE believes that Congressional intervention is the only approach likely to compel a complete release of the government's investigation into the Oklahoma City bombing.

In light of this, INTELWIRE has drafted a petition calling for a very simple investigation of four key aspects of the case. The petition calls for hearings to review and release key documents (already known definitively to exist) pertaining to the OKC investigation.

The petition also calls on Congress to interview three federal prison inmates regarding the case. All three are serving life sentences and therefore can reasonably be immunized to testify about the case. The three inmates include:

Consider: If Gorelick, Clarke and Clinton had been completely HONEST
to the American public about the Islamic-crashed airplanes, like TWA800, in the 90's
or the other Islamic terror attacks, then Americans WOULD have been on alert on 911

Anyone familiar with Jayna Davis's excellent book "The Third Terrorist" know that former CIA Director James Woolsey endorsed her book and all her research and said that when the truth was known about OKC, the world would owe a debt of gratitude to Jayna.

Several FBI and counter-terrorism experts have endorsed her book and her research as well.

The Middle East connections to the Oklahoma City Bombing

John Doe #2 worked for a Palestinian doctor who contributed to the PLO. The Palestinian doctor ran a business called Salman Properties (remember Salman Pak in Iraq).

John Doe #2 is Hussain Hashein Al –Hussaini, an ex-Iraqi solder. His face and tattoo match exactly to the photo circulated right after the blast. His car matches exactly.

Two Ryder truck employees finger Al-Hussaini as being with McVeigh when he rented the Ryder truck.

The FBI never officially cleared Al-Hussaini.

6,000 ex-Iraqi soldiers moved here after the Gulf War and were given only a cursory examination into their background.

His tattoo is that of an Iraqi Republican Guar intel service located in the Salman Pak area, Unit 999, which was tasked with clandestine operations at home and abroad

Daina, the only victim who lived to tell of John Doe 2 exiting the bomb truck, identified him. During the 12 hour rescue operation to free her, she spoke of the yellow moving van parked in front of the building. She described John Doe in the same manner as other witnesses.

Larry Johnson, former CIA analyst and deputy director of counterterrorism for the US Department of State and Colonel Patrick Lang, former chief of human intelligence for the Defense Intelligence Agency have said they believe Jayna Davis and her reporting on this matter.

Same with Laurie Mylroie, Middle East expert, Clinton’s terrorism expert and best selling author, an adjunct fellow at the American Enterprise Institute.

The Wall Street Journal dedicated months to the critical examination of every facet of Davis’s research and endorsed Davis.

The former director of the CIA, James Woolsey, said “When the full stories of these two incidents (1993 WTC bombing and the 1995 OKC bombing) are finally told, those who permitted the investigations to stop short will owe big explanations to these two brave women. And the nation will owe them a debt of gratitude.”

Larry Johnson: Without a doubt, there is a middle eastern tie to the OKC bombing.

Gas station employee identified Al-Hussaini as the person who gassed up the Ryder truck prior to the bombing.

Cactus motel – John Doe #2 stayed there. Before the blast, for several days employees noticed an overpowering stench in the parking lot which they found came from the Ryder truck. They saw Timothy McVeigh with a middle eastern man later identified as Al-Hussaini. Owner and employees saw McVeigh several times over the course of the weeks before the blast in the company of several ME men, including Al-Hussaini.

Al Hussaini had no alibi. He testified on the stand in a lawsuit against Davis and her television station. He was by this time on anti-psychotic medications. He said voices inside his head whispered “You are John Doe #2”. He admitted he visited a bar where he was seen with McVeigh. He named the bar. The problem is, the bar’s name was never used in any newspaper or television reports to protect the witnesses.

Yossef Bodansky, Director of the Congressional Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare endorses Davis and all the information in her book.

Immediately after the bombing the ME network began collecting money for a defense fund for their “brothers” involved in the OKC bombing.

Bodansky warned law enforcement of a coming jihad that would strike the heartland of America. He had word they would use “Two Lily Whites”. Lily whites in the lexicon of the intel community refers t operates who have no criminal history and no obvious ties to ME terror organizations.

The Lond-based al-Quds al-Arabi Arabic newspaper reported that the Islamist terrorist leadership chose this timely opportunity to openly boast of responsibility for the first WTC 1993 bombing and the Oklahoma bombing.\

Bodansky wrote that not only is al-Quds al-Arabi a highly respected Islamist newspaper, but the editor, Abdul-Bari Atwan, is also personally close to Osama bin Laden.

McVeigh’s attorneys subpoena’s Davis to testify. She called Bodansky and told him that the prior warnings of the OKC bombing that he issued through the Congressional Task Force were not turned over to McVeigh’s lawyers. If it was not an oversight, then withholding the alerts could constitute obstruction of justice or a mistrial.

Bodansky told her “You assure the judge that you are confident that Person A, B, C, and D (Middle Eastern suspects) were involved in the bombing because the Congressional Task Force has confirmed your findings.”

FBI agent David Vogels has said “Jayna Davis was giving us a warning back as early as 1997 and we didn’t do anything with it. We just refused to that the documents.”

David Schippers worked on mob control for Robert Kennedy and was the House Impeachment attorney. He believes Jayna Davis and has independently confirmed her work.

Bodansky and Schipper shared information with the Congressional Task Force about Islamic terrorists working in this country and specifically were involved in the OKC bombing. Schippers tried to contact Ashcroft in June 2001 to present the volumes of ME involvement in the OKC bombing. He said to the FBI spokesperson “If nothing is done, I’m afraid these terrorists are going to below up lower Manhattan.”

The nexus between 4/19 (OKC bombing) and 9/11:

In November 1997,, Al Hussaini confided to his psychiatrists that he was contemplating quitting his job at Logan International Airport because “If something were to happen there, I would be a suspect.” He was working there on 9/11 and worked in the food handling portion of the airport; federal investigators theorized food suppliers secretly planted the box cutters the 9/11 hijackers used to subdue the flight crews and passengers.

Three 9/11 hijackers stayed at the same hotel – Cactus motel. Owners id’d Atta, Al-Shehhi and Maussaoui. They were in town they told the motel owner for flight lessons.

John Gibson asked Larry Johnson if he and his CIA friends believe the Jayna Davis account of the OKC bombing is legitimate. “Absolutely. There is just not one witness. You are talking about 23 people. You’re talking about at least 10 people who put McVeigh with Al-Hussaini before the OKC bombing. Three people who id Al Hussaini at the Murry Building minutes before the bombing, getting gout of the Ryder truck. “

Agent Vogel: What the FBI did was unconscionable. The American people deserve the truth and the Bureau needed to look into this ME network here in Oklahoma City. If they had, maybe they would have come upon the network behind the 9/11 attacks”. He is disgusted with the FBI’s refusal to investigate the testimony memorialized in the 22 affidavits.
