I just received a phone call from my mother, tgslTakoma. She's at the DC Chapter counterprotest of Code Pink at Walter Reed.
tgsl says: We arrived carrying American flags and signs supporting the troops at 8 PM on the northeast corner of Walter Reed. The Code Pinkos arrived around 9 on their corner. Gail arrived and saw the FReepers on their corner, and we can only assume that she made a few phone calls. After we unfurled our MOAB (Mother Of All Banners), the Pinkos got upset and sent over 2 goons to stand in front of us, Later another one came. The three questionable characters arrived, one man saying he wants to kill "ragheads" and another one with a sign that says "Kill the poor." This second somewhat androgenous character just told me that he likes to eat bodies. This man says he was in the 351st airborne based out of Chattanooga, Tennessee. I called police at 9:24 and 9:29 and they said they'd send the next available unit. The police have yet to arrive.
Many of the vets who show up to support us get confrontational. Who can blame them? And you're right, these people are professional instigators.

Thus, this is the question we all must answer. When Code Pink launches their ground assault upon our lines, are we willing to stand our ground, not flinch, and give as good as we take? Are we willing to stand up & fight like the boys who fought at Bunker Hill, Gettysburg, San Juan Hill, Iwo Jima and Hamburger Hill?

Yeah, she knows what to say, lol. By the way, the Pinko's name is spelled Medea, pronounced ma-day-a. There's a greek myth about a woman named Medea who left her family for her husband. Her husband then left her for another woman. She decided that meant she had to kill the other woman and the kids she had had with her husband. I'm still not sure why Medea chose this name, but then again, she's not quite wired right.
You're right, these people are getting worse. Safety is always an issue with the DC Chapter. I've even been told to stay home from certain protests for fear I might get hurt. Thanks for the well-wishes, we can always use more!
When Medea Benjamine came to Colorado we FReeped her good. I was parked right next to her car with all my "W" stickers on the bumper. She was not amused when she saw me taking her picture repeatedly.
She is a traitor to America and a "peace-nik for profit". Giving $650,000 to "the other side" in Falluja is pure treason. I'm sure she skimmed a little off the top before she handed over the money.

How did she escape arrest for that? If that's not giving aid and comfort to the enemy, nothing is.
