" 9. Between September 1939 and April 1945 the defendants Karl Brandt, Blome, Brack, and Hoven unlawfully, willfully, and knowingly committed war crimes, as defined by Article II of Control Council Law No. 10, in that they were principals in, accessories to, ordered, abetted, took a consenting part in, and were connected with plans and enterprises involving the execution of the so-called "euthanasia" program of the German Reich in the course of which the defendants herein murdered hundreds of thousands of human beings, including nationals of German-occupied countries. The last time they refused to hear it, Judge Bork was on Hannity and said that the Supremes might hear the case if it was about a law that applied to a general category of people, but they would not bother to rule on anything that applied only to one person.

He said those writing the law in Congress should have known that.

This may put the Supremes in a bit of a bind, though. If they refuse to take this, they're letting stand the 11th's decision that the law is unconstitutional. I wouldn't be surprised to see them stall for time. I agree that it's unlikely there'll be an order issued.

There is a solution, but fear and political correctness prevents us from rescuing Terri. Our treasonous politicians know this and continue to divide our Christian brothers and sisters in the name of the tyranny of multicultural and diversity.

They can do this by diluting our numerical/power majority through the importation of foreign cultures and people. Immigration from the 3rd world is the tool our brainwashed brothers and sisters and our enemies are using to change the makeup of our country.

Then they use the same scary tactics of division to reelect them over and over. And, the sheeple, gripped by fear wil continue to reelect them.
