The 11th Circuit Court told Janet Reno and Bill Clinton that could not seize Elián González. They told the court that they would seize him and went in the middle of the night and got a search warrant from a low level federal magistrate who was not informed of the case. They violated the orders of a Florida Court and the Federal Court of Appeals. What happened to Bill and Janet? NOTHING. They stated that the 11th Circuit had no jurisdiction and that the Florida Court had no jurisdiction.
...and when they did this forum screamed like a stuffed pig on a spicket! You want both Bush's to be on the equal scumbag "piss on the law" level as Bill Clinton?

What LAW???? Law can only be made by the Congress. Of course that is what the Constitution says but then the courts have said the Constitution is null and void and the left-wing EU is now Supreme. The Congress passed a law directing the federal courts to review the case. They refused to do so. The law was broken by the courts, and they gave the only branch of government given the power to make law the finger.

Big difference between stealing a little boy, and saving a life. You condemn the first and applaud the other.

Bill Clinton and Janet Reno pulled off that raid for the purpose of kidnapping a small child and sending him to a Communist hell hole.
We were hoping Jeb Bush would have the courage to SAVE A VULNERABLE DYING DISABLED HUMAN BEING from death by starvation/dehydration. There's an itsi bitsi difference here, pal.

Respectfully, there is still right and there is still wrong. Leadership is not about compromise, that is politics. This is about a helpless woman, a citizen of the state of Florida being starved and parched to death. If Governor Bush could not stand for her, he cannot stand for us, not now, not ever.
