You live in TEXAS and what the people of Florida do or do not do, is none of your concern. And newbie, you neither know nor understand anything at all about this mess, politics, or the Bushes.

You want to know who is really "spineless, not to mention uneducated? You and your ilk.

I agree, I have tried to listen to Savage to see what the allure is. My time could be better spent capturing terrorists with a democratic plan than listening to him.

What LAW???? Law can only be made by the Congress. Of course that is what the Constitution says but then the courts have said the Constitution is null and void and the left-wing EU is now Supreme. The Congress passed a law directing the federal courts to review the case. They refused to do so. The law was broken by the courts, and they gave the only branch of government given the power to make law the finger.

Farah has mental problems. Jeb Bush doesn't need grudge holders who are pissed he didn't storm the hospice to win in 2008. Jeb doesn't need to be scared of "evangelicals" staying home to prove a point.

I also wonder why U.S. Marshalls weren't sent, since it does seem that they would take priority over the local police. Or maybe not - I'm not familiar with the law on these matters.

Once the congressional subpoenas were issued, federal law protected Terri from any harm as she was a witness. The state court order would be effectively stayed until after she testified. The U.S. Marshals should have been sent in immediately. Despite the beliefs of Just@ss Greer, a state court order doesn't trump a federal statute.

"he just doesn't know it yet."

He knows it, I think he fell on this sword to save someone or something else. Whatever, he is a good man, but his pulic life is over and that is for the best.

The unappeasables are not very grateful for that Jeb has done.

Sometimes you have to risk EVERYTHING to do what you know is right.

In this case, Jeb could have stepped in and saved Terri's life through the use of force.

He may have had to go to jail, but you know what? I would have respected him for it, even voted for him if he deceided to run for President. Instead he chose to do the politically safe thing when it really mattered and a disabled woman is going to die because of it.

You are totally right!!! I am really disappointed in my freepers on this subject. They are supposed to be law and order guys and gals but they want Jeb to break the law.
Lets go to the problem and start getting rid of these legislating judges.

As if there are no other republicans to run for office.

Apples and oranges and totally beside the point!

And Jeb was NEVER going to run for the presidency to begin with.

But as one of THE biggest Bushbashers on FR, you continue to post every single article you can find, that denigrates any member of that family.

Yes, I get that impression. However out of his madness he sometimes has a spark of genius. He supported the Swift boats from day one. He predicted from day one that Kobe will be cleared. He has also supported Terri from day one. He believes that when President Bush's father Bill Clinton went to Sumatra for hurricane relief, they talked more than saving people. Remember Hillary's FBI files too.

...and when they did this forum screamed like a stuffed pig on a spicket!

You bet it did.

You want both Bush's to be on the equal scumbag "piss on the law" level as Bill Clinton?

You bet they do.

Jeb Bush worked within his envolope. Do you want him to be a dictator. I don't think he likes what is happening to Terri any more than I do. Yes, he could have sent the National Guard in armed to the teeth and he would have gotten many volunteers including me. The people need to wake up and stop listening to CNN, ABC, NBC, and CBS. Terri is not the only one being treated like this. The courts need to be taken into acount for their operating. Terri is sending us a message start copying. God Bless Terri and God Bless America.

Jeb Bush did a lot for Terri, but when it got down to where it counted the most, he wimped out. He should have called the local cops' bluff. What were they going to do -- fire on the state troopers? Instead he gave in. Thanks a lot, Jeb.
