And yes, it is legal to starve to death people in California too.$1.2 million and counting have been spent to care for six comatose death row inmates in California, with an additional $1000/day for their security guards.

And yes, it is legal to starve to death people in California too. Yes, but only helpless people. A growing trend that seems to follow socialized medicine. People who are valuable to the state need not be wantonly killed.
