My understanding of the constitution is that federal and supreme court judges can be impeached and removed from the bench by congress.

Google "US Constitution" click on 1st entry. Read Article 1 Section 3 Clause 6 & 7. Put this page in your favorites... Its a good presentation!

I'm not sure--is there are any specific clause/ammendment in the Constitution that would say that Congress can impeach Judges ? I only know that Congress can impeach President.
