You should have seen the Triumph Bonny I rode back in my college days (late '70's). I had it sprayed all over RAF flat blue, with the numberplate on the front mudguard, and I used to ride wearing a leather helmet.

God what a twit I was..... surprisingly the girls liked it, I guess it didn't look as gay in those days as it would now.
