What do these ordained men mean by encouraging people to break the law? Have they not read, or taken seriously, Romans 13, the chapter in which Paul, the Apostle, says, "Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves." But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Clinton-Appointed Judges created this monster.
And a President Hillary Clinton will surely clone
the creation.

I agree with such a "declaration". God's law is higher than man's law.

The Judges (including Judge GREER) BROKE the law in this case and REFUSED to follow the directives of Congress. Judge GREER REFUSED to obey a Congressional Subpoena and thus on that basis alone (besides The Constitutional Rights of Terri Schindler that were violated), Governor Bush is not required to obey GREER's order.
Even if Jeb Bush would be BREAKING the law to RESCUE Terri, it should be done. The STARVATION and DEHYDRATION of an innocent woman cannot be allowed to stand. It will have far GREATER repercussions for the U.S. than Governor Bush in this one instance, breaking a law to save an innocent human life from a GRIZZLY and undeserved death.
I would be MOST disturbed if the ministers suggested otherwise.

The crime of saving an innocent woman by restoring her feeding tube is especially troubling. Right up there with jaywalking in a desert.

There are many others who aren't getting the same attention because their families' are in agreement. Want don't you storm those hospitals and "save" them as well.

Where's the logic in that, Spock?

That was obvious DAYS ago. I am making the point that he could have and should have rescued her.

First it should be noted that while invoking "God-talk", the Declaration was essentially a synthesis of enlightenment thinking and writing. Paul's Epistle to the the Romans was sent to a christian minority living in the heart of an utterly barbaric and pagan empire. And you suggest that we can easily put this divine instruction aside in favor of a political document used to justify separation from the British Empire? Horsefeathers!

Based on this logic, wouldn't a German Christian been required to follow Nazi law and not stand in the way of Jews being sent to the gas chambers?
I usually agree with Cal, but a government authorizing the murder of its own citizens is not one "established by God." Nor does God or the Bible support a government breaking His laws.
