Jesse made a call to someone in the liberal Black Civil Rights grapevine, which is based in Atlanta. They have the power in that city. I believe the 11th circut is there, too.
Either that, or the inverse. The liberal civil rights network of activists saw their hero on TV and had second thoughts after JJ gave it his blessing. My two cents.
It was Rick Santorum who blasted the Federal Courts for not doing the review. Jackson kept talking about the Senate not the Federal Courts.
