She needs emergency dialysis...This is now way beyond a feeding tube. Her fluids and (now nonexistent) urine output will have to be monitored very carefully. Ironically this really means she needs an ICU bed, with cardiac monitor, regular labs and central line. When she presents to the ER, the doctor has ethical DUTY to do whatever he would do for any other patient and bloody ignore the legal wrangling.
