Why do the Schindlers get endless appeals on the same issues?

Having knelt in overwhelming agony at the grave of my own dear child, I could not begin to answer a question so heartlessly conceived.

Les Miller sounds like a guest on the Jerry Springer show. It didn't matter how recently that guest had wronged another human...It was time to "put this behind us and move on."

Felos was on the board ot that hospice and resigned after he took on the case,but I believe just slightly before she was transferred there.
I believe he is involved in over 100 cases of non terminal patients being transferred to the hospices under the umbrealla company running the one where Terri is.
I read also on empirejournal.com that that unbrella company is the largest hospice conglomerate in the world.

I know but it was discussed prviously on this thread and also when the decision came out, that the 11th D. court does not poll. It only records written dissents.

Although, I maintian Terri Schaivo is beyond disabled. "Disabled" means that you can't do some things, but you still have consciousness. Terri is brain-dead. Only her brain stem still works. That's well past the bright line of "disabled" to dead.

It's only to declare the law Congress passed a week ago to be unconstitutional, putting the last nail in the coffin and sticking it to the Schindlers and RTL people one more time. And they hope it gets appealed to SCOTUS so they can do it again tomorrow.

I agree. I'm certainly hoping the whole, rotten mess explodes and of course, Terri gets emergency care quickly! I just haven't been able to rest tonight, hoping to hear good news of an ambulance taking her to the hospital.
