Si. Is that how to write it? Do I have to learn a foreign language to live in my own country. How many words describe this? I can think of several that are not vulgar. How about, asinine, ridiculous, inane, mindless, vacuous, stupidity, and fatuous. The last one sounds bad doesn't it?
You can't "wait" for someone to do something ~ be active, keep them on purpose, to keep their word, be accountable and do the job.
