How do you know where he's going or who he will pass? You forget if you want to talk offensibly about someone, Ron and Nicole were no angels. But, on the contrary I'm not going to try and determine where any of them are because I'm not God. Only God knows what is in a person's heart and he is the ultimate Judge of all of them and us. Remember the thief on the cross.
Note: Opinion....
RE: "Your post #379 is pure spinning and outright bull."
Spinning? Don't make me laugh.
Spinning an issue is akin to lying about it so as to make it look more favorable to your particular interest or position in the issue, and there's nothing I wrote in that or ANY post here that is a lie.
If you doubt the truth of anything I have accused fellow FReepers of on this thread, then go back and look at the threads that were posted following the death of Christopher Reeve last year. Look at ANY thread that gets posted on the fight against AIDS. Go ahead and look at THIS VERY THREAD ("May he burn in Hell, etc.") and try to tell me with a straight face that FReepers are any better than their DU counterparts when it comes to respecting the recently deceased across party lines. Go on and use your Search engine.
I dare you.
You'll find that maybe 1/4 or 1/3 of all messages on these types of threads is little but pure, ugly bile.
They are secrets to we humans. God already knows the truth.
RE: "They are secrets to we humans. God already knows the truth."
Yeah, I've got a question about that. I've long known (and accepted) the fact that God has made mankind a purposefully ignorant creation and that we will never be able to completely understand His will. I know that our knowledge as to why He has allowed certain actions to occur on this Earth is limited, and that we (even the most devout Christians among us) will not always deep down inside us accept what our mouths say when we excuse the latest disaster/tragedy/ whatever as "His will", or "ashes to ashes".
Here's my question, though. Does it make someone a bad Christian if they can accept the fact of a tragedy, accept the fact of sin and death, understand that all of this is part of a plan far greater than us....yet still never bring ourselves to believe that it was right?
I know the Bible says that God is the only utterly perfect and allknowing being in existence (and the creator of all other beings), but I've never been able to find that an acceptable excuse for the immense death and suffering that God allows among his supposedly beloved creations just to test our loyalty to Him. You'd think an all-powerful God wouldn't choose to cede so muc of His power to Satan and the forces of evil, pain, and darkness just to play a game with his creations souls,
Basically, does it make me a bad Christian because I can't understand why God has chosen to hurt mankind like He has.
On the positive side, maybe this will re-ignite Kato's career. Somehow. Some way. We all miss him.

He, he- cool. A full-fledged Kato comeback would be an even better reminder of the pop culture ills of my childhood than a new Tonic CD and a Crystal Clear Pepsi.
Johnny Cochran to Bill Clinton.
If thats your stain. Then you must explain.
lol
RE: "lainie hums a New Kids on the Block song]"
Please tell me it's "You Got It (the Right Stuff)".
I've always thought that tune was addictive as can be, but when I tell other people that I like it I mostly get weird looks.
Oh, oh, oh-oh-oh/ Oh, Oh, oh-oh/ Oh, Oh, oh-oh-oh/ The Right Stuff.
Feh.
It's definitely a mind meme/earworm kind of song. Great, now I'll have it MY head for three days.
RE: "It was! You got the right stuff. Baby. You're the reason why I sing this song. hyuah!

Had a feeling it was that one. Damn, but that's a great pop tune, better than any other NKOTB tune and better than any of the tunes of the boy bands they influenced.
Troll Alert! Anybody got a zot!
RE: "Opinions are like anal aputures.....everybody has one!"
Everybody does have an opinion, but apparently not everybody has common sense, compassion, or a sense of balance (Example: Just because you and I disagreed with Cochrans particular method of doing his NECESSARY job doesn't make him "evil").
Making many freepers see this is like making a baby eat spinach. Hard to do and sometimes you get spit on. But you are so right.
