Certainly but not exclusively - there are many groups out there who would like to photograph coffins, chase down families for emotional comments, etc. It's always a nice idea to think about their privacy first.
Agreed...one of the things about the Schiavo case that bothered me was that we couldn't see pictures of how Terri looks today. Heck, I wouldda liked to see her parents actually ask her--on camera--if she wanted to live, to see if there would be any non-verbal response in the affirmative...but that would be selfish and a violation of Terri's right to privacy. Too bad we're in the process of violating her Right to Life.
