As soon as I can, I'm leaving the Republican Party. Or I should say it left me. Jeb Bush is a Republican. I want no part of this party anymore. And I was one of the most ardent supporters of the Republican Party. They couldn't figure out how to save the life of an innocent vulnerable disabled woman. In addition, they allowed Terri's family to be put through a living hell. They let one man - Judge Greer - set himself up as god almighty. And PLEASE NOTE: Judge Greer is a REPUBLICAN!!!!!!!!!

Saundra,
It's not the entire Republican party we should be mad at. Bill Frist and Tom Delay have stepped in to petition for her tube to be reinstated, they are good men for that. I wouldn't change parties just because Jeb refused to act further. This case crosses political lines by the way, Lieberman has said he would not remove the tube. We have to look at the individual, what he/she says. Not the party. There's nothing wrong with the Republican party.
