I must be the lone ranger on my support for Jeb. But I think those of you who are blaming Jeb are wrong IMHO. This is a land of laws and what more could they do, short of being arrested?

I just don't get misdirected Anger.. IMHO. Micheal and the Judges are the ones who have declined the feeding tube.

Why is this misdireted anger applied to Jeb & W???

With all due respect...I'd answer you, but I don't have the heart right now.

I don't blame Jeb for Terri's murder. I do however, think he talked big but chickened out in the face of polling. He ran away like a little girl, blabbing excuses. That is not leadership and he will forever be remembered for it. People don't want a leader who says they can do nothing to stop a county judge from murdering a disabled woman. Not enough people anyway.

Yes- this is a land of laws. SO answer this for me- why have so many laws been broken in order to starve to death a helpless disabled person?

You want to talk law?

Let's go....

I'm with you, JFC. Honestly, I think that Satan's next battle is getting us to fight each other including blaming our leaders who are on the right side, so that we don't work to correct this horrible imbalance of powers in our government. It's time that something be done about these tyrannical judges. I hope and pray this will give everyone the motivation to work hard toward that end.

Jeb & W have worked to save Terri (esp Jeb, who worked hard), and I for one am going to write and thank him for all he did.

Why is this misdireted anger applied to Jeb & W??? Because they had executive power to correct the abuses of the judiciary and did not act. Even today a Bush I appointee on the Atlanta court was criticizing Bush II for signing Terri's Law. He said the law was "unconstitutional" and beyond what the Founding Fathers would have done. Obviously, GHWB did not do a good job in selecting this or other judicial appointments as well.

Both Jeb and the President had the power to rescue Terri from the slaughter. Legal or not, they had the power. It is only evil forces that kept them at bay.
