"When there is a patient in distress with organ malfunction, the best thing to do is INTEROSSEOUS REHYDRATION which involves putting a pip into the shin so Terri would be hydrated directly into the marrow.
If normal rehydration is implemented instead, WITH IV's, would that cause Terri to go into shock?
If medical personnel cause Terri go into SHOCK, the WORLD IS NOW ON NOTICE that they SHOULD USE THE BEST TECHNIQUE, NOT A STANDARD MEDICAL PROCEDURE!!!
DOCS AND NURSES, PLEASE BRING US YOUR KNOWLEDGE. I need a brief summary, definition of interosseous rehydration. I need to call it in to someone.
Thanks, FV
ps. Terri has a window of 12 hours. Jesse Jackson wrapped up his meeting with Jeb Bush and met with the President of the Fla Senate Tom Lee.
MEDICAL FOLKS, THANK YOU. FV
Why does she have a 12 hour window, what do you mean?
Terri Schiavo's survival would most likely require renal dialysis at this point due to kidney failure and buildup of toxins in her blood. Simple hydration via any route would probably not be enough to reverse the damage incurred.
