After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
Honestly not wanting to argue, but to answer your question, it's not about living wills...it's about saving a woman who is being murdered by our legislatures and our courts.
But you're right...she's between a rock and a hard place. The President, however, isn't.
His eye is on the sparrow, and I know he watches me!

interesting ,we were just talking about this Sunday with our grandchildren. God knows the HAIRS on our HEAD. Counts them and knows them. That's the GOD who KNOWS TERRI well!!!
The catch is that the medical examiner is in judge greer's band of thugs.
MS: "I couldn't agree more...I really cannot believe the situation has gotten this far...I just figgered somehow Terri's life would be saved, and Michael would turn over custody to Terri's parents. It is too bad the President hasn't been willing to risk making an error on the side of life. Merely suggesting it is not doing it.

According to Judge Roy Moore, the Rule of Law is the Constitution itself.
Therefore, according to the Rule of Law, Jeb Bush is empowered to rescue Terri by Article 1, Section 2, of the Florida State Constitution.
Others have also agreed that the Constitution gives this power to the Governor, such as Dr. Alan Keyes, and the Thomas More Law Center.
As far as principles go, life trumps them all, because the law has the promotion of life as its purpose and end.

The whole American media are illiterate. The pronunciation of Ms Schiavo's name is not "Shaivo", rather, it sounds like "Skiavo". Why can't they, so educated, get it right.

I really love President Bush...very much. My intention is not to bash him, but when he's wrong...he's wrong. And right now an American woman is being murdered by government legislatures and the courts. He needs to do or say something...at the very least I would like to see heartfelt moral outrage...I have not seen that. I have seen a sigh, a shrug, and "Oh, well, did what I could."
My intention is not to bash the President...but it is also not to be blindly loyal when he's wrong (and also, please know, I'm not saying you are...just saying how I feel about it).

Where there’s life, there’s hope.
As Terri Schindler-Schiavo clung to life in a living testimony of her desire to live, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta agreed to allow her parents, Mary and Robert Schindler Sr., to file an emergency motion requesting a new hearing on the reinsertion of her feeding tube.
The motion asks to have the feeding tube reinserted immediately “in light of the magnitude of what is at stake and the urgency of the action required”.

Felos Exposed, Autopsy Mandated In Schiavo Case

As first reported Tuesday by The Empire Journal, the announcement by Michael Schiavo’s attorney that he had decided to allow an autopsy to be performed if his wife, Terri Schindler-Schiavo dies, was bogus, no more than spin and yet another cover-up in the case.
