After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
Father God, one of our precious soldiers in the battle for rightousness is weary and worn. I pray that YOU flood Halls right now with YOUR sweet presence. Give her hope. Give her peace, send her rest. Lord Terri is YOURS. When all looks hopeless, help us to realize that NOTHING is impossible with You or a surprise to You. Draw Halls close to You this moment with a Blessed Assurance that for THis Situation We have JEsus and for Jesus HAS US......Amen btw, a great resource today and it was mighty refreshing to me is Chuck Swindolls continuing lesson Esther. It was SO SO FITTING that I believe God had Terri in mind when Chuck broadcast this.

No hauku from Terri today but it's nice to see one for Terri:
"She is their baby
let them take care of her now.
To him, it's money..."
for terry S
oh grow up.
Delay...delay...delay. Maybe they'll get lucky and won't have to break a sweat later today with that silly unnecessary bill.
Ever feel trapped? lol
Amen dear Pegita! Amen, Lord HEAR our cries.........
Perhaps. But Reagan spoke in favor of life, period. He never abandoned that. Six to eight years into his presidency, when abortion was becoming an accepted fact, he spoke out about it. The current administration not only has abandoned Terri after one week but is also trying to change the subject. There is no comparison here to me.
In any event, I see you are for Terri and I don't want to denigrate that. Thank you for supporting the right thing. There are enougb on the other side who are against us.
Let us suffice to say, "we miss Ronald Reagan." Okay?
Ever feel trapped? lol
Yep, and I live in California!!!!*G*
Get out of Florida once this is over. Can you?
How special. What they need is a "Day of Atonement".
but please, O Lord, please spare this little lamb . .
--AMEN
Please Lord, She's beaten and now starving from the war she's been in for so long. Please help her, Lift her up Lord so she may give GLORY TO YOUR NAME. So the World may see HOPE and deliverance comes only through YOU and your Loving hands. In Jesus Name,I pray.
Just spoke with one of the Florida Sen's office...they are done with session for today unless called to special session. Committees are meeting this afternoon.
I asked about the supposed commitment mentioned by JJ yesterday. As far as they know they do not have 3 more votes to ok the bill and it would have to be brought up for consideration by one of those who previously voted no.
Argghhh!
Hello, FRiend boy!
I've missed you!
You're welcome anywhere in FR!!!
ESPECIALLY HERE!!! God Bless you!!!
Check your mail!!! ;-)
Amen.
This case has become too big in American Conservatism and Pro-Life movements.
They cannot stop it.
Nobody can stop it. Life or death, no matter what the outcome. We are past the 'tipping point'. Deathocrats and do-nothing PLINOs cannot put it back in the box.
Just as the Communist Polish authorities could not stop the groundswell in the aftermath of the state murder of Fr. Jerzy Popiewelski (spelling?), in the 1980s, [which bolstered Solidarnosc (Lech Walesa) and eventually brought down the Communist regime of General Wojciech Jaruzelski].
These public uprisings, be they violent or non-violent--and hopefully non-violent in the case of Terri, have a way of making the mountains move.
Powers that be know that. They respect that. And they fear that.
Just found another haiku posted for Terri:
"Thanks Jesse Jackson
for trying to save Terri
We agree on that"
Wayne Carmichael
I like these haikus.
Evil has always walked the earth ...it's just that it has such power that it can reveal its ugly face and not be afraid ... that's what's truly frightening ...
Gutless wonders!
I hope that someday, that those who fought so hard to kill Terri, will tell us why. At the very least, she deserved a new hearing.
