No state can make a law that goes against the state's constitution.
No state can have a constitution which goes against the United State's Constitution.
Therefore, it is against the Constitution to have a judge ordering police to enforce its rulings/opinions, as that is beyond the authority given by the United States Consitution.
But, with our own eyes, we see the U.S. Constitution has been violated.
"Saundra, NONE of these men will really get away with it. You can be sure of that. The is ONE who will avenge the defenseless and it is a fearful thing to fall into those hands."
Yep, I pity their souls when the Lord Almighty gets ahold of these losers. They love death so much, wait until they experience the wrath of God...
that is heartbreaking.....to those who have a heart not made of stone.
I only get to listen to Sean for a few minutes each day, on my way home from work.....sometimes I sit in my car parked on the driveway, to finish listening, as I don't have a radio that receives the station in my home.
It is extremely heartbreaking! My prayers are with this family.
Inoperable brain tumor.
Dear FRiend, I surely hope it's ignorance, because that can be rectified.
Yeah....a real long way.
Yes, Jay Sekulow said he had worked with Gibbs, corrected an error or errors on the former appeal and wrote up a new appeal for the 11th circuit court of appeals.
But what about wilful ignorance?
Savage is right. Judge GREER's ruling to remove all nutrition and hydration from Terri Schiavo, which does not allow her to even be spoon fed is a DEATH sentence, and would do far more to damage to America (including emboldening the already bold and out of control judges), than using military force to RESCUE Terri. Why so many people have such difficulty understanding that is beyond my comprehension.

I am glad Sekulow was involved, maybe there is a chance...
If God is testing our faith it sure is a tough way to get it. Such a late timing, but still possible.
Maybe some day we'll understand it!
I wish Savage had a webcam on during the show!
As are mine, every day....they are in my prayers before I go to sleep, they are in my thoughts, as soon as I wake up. They are in my thoughts and prayers all the day long.
The surely deserve each of our prayers for God's comfort and love upon them. And Terri....may God keep her always under His wing.

I thought you had to be a member to listen?? No?
