After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.

Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.

Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.

The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.

Focus on the Family today was superb. They are saying that the law states that no disabled person can be refused water and food. Terri can be given food by mouth. ( and the argument, I MAY ADD, that Terri MIGHT choke to death, given by Michael, is hysterically funny since HE wants HER to die, right?) It is the LAW that Terri cannot be forbidden food or water. THEREFORE, we are asking everyone to call and tell the Governor to fulfill HIS responsibility in seeing that the law is FULFILLED, by allowing Terri to eat by mouth!!

Folks, we're appalled and horrified by this because it's so out in the open...but millions upon millions of Americans have been slaughtered over the past thirty-five years. I'm talking our American babies. God has watched THAT all these years and felt the same way we have about Terri...and he has had to endure watching it more than 35 million times. This tells us something about our culture of death. We've become almost desensitized to abortion now...but what's happening to them is every bit as horrible as what's happening to Terri. When this is over, remember to fight for the little ones, too.
