After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.

Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.

Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.

The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.

I'm so mad tonight at this injustice. I'm glad Terri's family is still fighting. I was upset with Gibbs yesterday for stating Terri was too far gone. Hopefully I won't get in trouble for saying that.

Hi, valleygal. I remember talking during the MD/DC sniper shootings, too.

Someone pinged me to the thread. He was shocked at someones comment that perhaps Rove was behind this and sarcastically said something about the Bush twins.

I was rolling my eyes at the comment that maybe Rove was behind any of this.

It truly isn't a tagteam thing. Someone pings me to a thread, I read the comment they want me to read, make my comment and leave. THen someone else pings me to the comment I left and on and on.

And our tagline is a little something cliquesh (sp?) we have because the stance that some of us took regarding this matter was so poorly received by freepers that we were called Nazi's and murderers, etc., and we needed to be silly to forget the pain we felt at losing some friends and seeing FR degenerate into the worst kind of rhetoric we'd ever heard here. It was like a coup happened and we were completely shut out by voices louder and more harsh than ours.

We weren't willing to shout and use low language to get our points across so we sort of went away and did form a little group, but we aren't trying to be cute and there is no plan to come onto threads and make trouble.

And I wasn't taunting anyone on this thread. I did think the statement to which I originally responded to was a reflection of a sort of cyber insanity that has happened here.

Here's a short explanation from a timeline site:

Apr 24: Terri's feeding tube is removed.
Apr 26: Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge Frank Quesada orders doctors to reinsert Terri's feeding tube so her parents can pursue a lawsuit against Michael. The suit accuses him of committing perjury and cites a former girlfriend who claims he told her he lied when he testified that Terri did not want to be kept on life support.

Too bad Judge Quesada didn't stop any future tube removals. I'm sure Terri remembers the 2001 tube removal and the Oct 2003 tube removal. That precious sweet Terri has been thru absolute hell, beyond what most could ever imagine.

Her family has also been subjected to torture by that stinking Greer/Felos/Schiavo. I have no words to describe what I think of them and their house of horrors. Everyday as I watch the Media spin this into a simple case of families in dispute, I can't believe what I am hearing.

They must think we are fools. Guess there are still many out there, who do NOT know the truth and are getting their information from the media. As for me, I'll never believe another thing the media says about ANY SUBJECT. We know, without a doubt what HUGE LIES THE MEDIA IS CAPABLE OF SPEWING FORTH TO AN UN-SUSPECTING PUBLIC.
