I know this is way out there, but should Terri live through the night, wouldn't the feds be legally within their authority AND jurisdiction (in accordance with the rule of law gods) to remove her, by whatever means necessary, and escort to Washington?
From what I understand, there is already enough evidence to have begun a criminal investigation that would have allowed Jeb to remove her from the hospice as a witness.
From what I also understand, those who have Congressional Subpoenas are supposed to have automatic protection as a federal witness.
