From what I understand, there is already enough evidence to have begun a criminal investigation that would have allowed Jeb to remove her from the hospice as a witness.
From what I also understand, those who have Congressional Subpoenas are supposed to have automatic protection as a federal witness.
That's what I thought, too. Funny how the "rule of law" gang is so selective of which rules of law are to be follwed.
