What does ignoring the Supreme Court have to do with ignoring the Constitution? Those things are not synonymous.

Both Bushes are violating their oath of office, because both of them are failing to protect an innocent American from a public, court-ordered murder.

You are trying to debate an issue where you are too emotionally involved! I don't like the judicial rulings, but the judicial system makes up 1/3 of our government. The Supreme Court must be obeyed by the President. Eisenhower fumed over Brown vs, Board of Education, but he sent in troops never-the -less to support the ruling. And because of it, whether Eisenhower liked it or not, desegregation began. Our Constitution's checks & balances do not always please everyone, all of the time.
