Umm, yeah. The basic act is still the same--saving someone's life--whether it be from starvation or living under a horrid regime. A life is destroyed either way. We cannot stoop to Janet Reno, jack-boot thug level. the "Nazis" are the ones killing Terri. Neither the President, nor Governor Bush, should break the law.
So then what's your plan? The republicans so far have been so effective in dealing with our tyrannical judiciary. Gee, I wonder when they will get the backbone to prosecute Sandy Burlar.
