Are you really going to compare kidnapping a little boy at gunpoint, and giving him to a dictator, to saving an innocent woman's life?

Umm, yeah. The basic act is still the same--saving someone's life--whether it be from starvation or living under a horrid regime. A life is destroyed either way. We cannot stoop to Janet Reno, jack-boot thug level. the "Nazis" are the ones killing Terri. Neither the President, nor Governor Bush, should break the law.

So then what's your plan? The republicans so far have been so effective in dealing with our tyrannical judiciary. Gee, I wonder when they will get the backbone to prosecute Sandy Burlar.

"Law is about what we can do, whereas justice is about what we should do. Law chooses between the parties in contention without regards to morality; justice chooses between right and wrong.".......If the state can decree food and water, no matter how administered, are "extraordinary means," we will all exist at the whim of tyranny, with or without the veneer of legality."
William Goldcamp
from the artical, "In Search of Justice".
The Washington Times, 27 March 2005

Say hello to tyranny, and make sure you understand that sometimes "jack-booted thugs" wear suits and robes.
