Jeb Bush is supposed to uphold the LAWS of Florida. As BonneBlue said, the judges themselves are not obeying the law. Even the overturning of Terri's Law was unconstitutional. Judges can be unconstitutional, too. The law isn't in their hands to do whatever they darn well please with it - including ignoring and vetoing it, as they have done in the Terri Schiavo case.
Well said and to perform a wrong to correct a wrong is not the way for one to rule in our free society.
Jeb's hand ARE tied for he IS bound to his oath of office. This doesn't make him a proponent of this debacle brought about by others.
