Since I am not familiar with the exact wording of the law to which you refer, so I won't argue with you. However, the law was when he took his oath and continues to be the law. Is Jeb to honor his sworn oath on the Bible, or is he to pick and choose which laws he obeys? If he is to pick and choose, then we are, indeed, on a slippery slope.
