Michael Schiavo Plans to Cremate Terri
Michael Schiavo has taken steps that will prevent investigators from examining Terri Schiavo's body for evidence of abuse after she dies – a suspicion her family has repeatedly raised as her death grows more imminent.
Schiavo's attorney George Felos told the Washington Post on Friday that Terri will be cremated and buried in a plot owned by Michael's family in Pennsylvania.
Terri's parents had filed a request with the court to block the cremation plans, saying it would violate the religious beliefs of their daughter, who was a practicing a Catholic.
But as with every other motion filed in the case on behalf of Bob and Mary Schindler, the Florida courts have rejected the request.
A 1991 bone scan performed on Terri Schiavo showed unexplained injuries to her vertebrae and legs.
Terri's brother, Bobby Schindler, told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes" on Thursday that a doctor has testified that she might have been strangled before she was found unconscious in her home in February 1990.
Oh, gag, I didn't even think about the book deals and probably talk show circuit and, worse, movies. Ughhhh. The gf will be lucky if all he does is leave her and the kids penniless. And she should be concerned to keep custody of the kids as well. He might want custody if it suits his needs. I'm sure he'll move on to the next gf as soon as he can secure the riches he's spent years cultivating, the next gf will have to be self-sufficient.

MS never cared for his wife 24/7 except for three weeks when she was at home with him and her parents. She has been in nursing homes, etc since the accident. They keep saying what good care he took of her. He didn't do it, nursing aides did it. Now he intimidated and bullied them to get her good care, to the extent that a restraining order was out against him according to his lawyer. But whether that was caring for her or bullying other people I don't know.

Of course anyone with common sense can see he is a control freak.
He had total control over them seeing their daughter.
I highly doubt that. Assuming her care is being paid by Medicare as people say, a health care agency would be hard pressed to pass any kind of state inspection if they neglected to provide basic hygiene. Where did you hear that?
I know that he has not allowed her teeth to be brushed causing five teeth to be pulled.
As far as the wet washcloth in her hands that is a form a therapy nurses do . They have her sqeeze it, but of course all forms of therapy were stopped.
I've been married forever.
But, my faith is first. I will be interred in a Catholic cemetary. Husband will be interred with his family in another one..
To deny her a Catholic burial is incomprehensible.
Um, I don't think I would want the ashes split---it would be a Solomon choice for me---if that is the remedy, then let MS have them....
Maybe Micheal Schiavo will be cremated by God.
She has been widely discredited because of her outrageous claims. For example, she claims that the quote in question was "common knowledge" at Palm Gardens. How many other members of the staff at Palm Gardens can substantiate her claim? Why did Jay Wolfson, who was one of Terri's Guardian Ad Litem, conclude that MS had been very supportive of Terri from 1990 to 2003 (release of his report).
