Michael Schiavo Plans to Cremate Terri

Michael Schiavo has taken steps that will prevent investigators from examining Terri Schiavo's body for evidence of abuse after she dies – a suspicion her family has repeatedly raised as her death grows more imminent.

Schiavo's attorney George Felos told the Washington Post on Friday that Terri will be cremated and buried in a plot owned by Michael's family in Pennsylvania.

Terri's parents had filed a request with the court to block the cremation plans, saying it would violate the religious beliefs of their daughter, who was a practicing a Catholic.

But as with every other motion filed in the case on behalf of Bob and Mary Schindler, the Florida courts have rejected the request.

A 1991 bone scan performed on Terri Schiavo showed unexplained injuries to her vertebrae and legs.

Terri's brother, Bobby Schindler, told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes" on Thursday that a doctor has testified that she might have been strangled before she was found unconscious in her home in February 1990.

MS dumped a healthy and in need of therapies Terri into a hospice to die; she has been rotting away there for 13 years. Terri's care has been paid by Medicare all of these years. On the Larry King show, MS admitted to never receiving any bills for Terri's care from that hospice.

A car accient vs a strangulation? Not even on par at all. If he was trying to kill her and get away with it. And for the sake of argument he did it as you described, how would you expect he would get away with it. It makes no sense. No, he would have manually strangled her. Let me tell you how hard it is. Jon Bonet Ramsey as an example. I have seen autopsy photos of her. It shows a garrot still around her neck. You can hardly see it because it was twisted so tight. Incredibly her neck was not broken.

What is your source for the fact that he used the three hundred on Terri? For all we know he could have, and probably did, use it to pay the lawyers who have been hired to murder her or to pay for nice presents or vacations for his shack-up honeys.

If there were broken bones in their neck regardless of the muscle stiffness, they would be able to tell by feeling her neck, and by observing that her neck was grossly out of line. Which was not the case.

Oh yes she can.
Nurses have given sworn affidavits , which are included in the court filings, that Terri was capable of swallowing and had taken soft foods and liquids by mouth.
But Judge Greer, at the behest of Michael Schiavo, ordered that no oral foods be given to Terri at any time-either before or after the tube was removed.

I think you do not care how horrible MS was, and how much he lied. I believe you think Teri needs to die because YOU personally would not want to live that way.
