Michael Schiavo Plans to Cremate Terri

Michael Schiavo has taken steps that will prevent investigators from examining Terri Schiavo's body for evidence of abuse after she dies – a suspicion her family has repeatedly raised as her death grows more imminent.

Schiavo's attorney George Felos told the Washington Post on Friday that Terri will be cremated and buried in a plot owned by Michael's family in Pennsylvania.

Terri's parents had filed a request with the court to block the cremation plans, saying it would violate the religious beliefs of their daughter, who was a practicing a Catholic.

But as with every other motion filed in the case on behalf of Bob and Mary Schindler, the Florida courts have rejected the request.

A 1991 bone scan performed on Terri Schiavo showed unexplained injuries to her vertebrae and legs.

Terri's brother, Bobby Schindler, told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes" on Thursday that a doctor has testified that she might have been strangled before she was found unconscious in her home in February 1990.

I have no question of the management of the fund. It was all done 'legally'.

Now, you tell me how peaceful death by starvation and dehydration is, Michael Schiavo, George Felos, and Judge Greer that a person is being given morphine for pain.

Decency is in a Culture War against evil. Michael Schiavo, George Felos, and Judge Greer are war criminals in the struggle.

Where are the reports? Who was the Gaurdian- why was he not replaced? Why was Terri not allowed representation after that? Could it be that someone else would say the same things? So, no representation is the answer?

Well Greer is still going to have to answer, isn't he?

rpavlock, I have gone back over your posts and have yet to see you support any of your claims with documented evidence.
I have seen that you constantly refer to DU.

>>Why such an obsession with DU, and voter fraud.

You make yourself sound like a poor loser from DU who came over here to get vengeance.

Hmmmm... who sounds like a DUmmie?

Who indeed?<<

Yep, almost every other post he refers to the DU.

But it was the 300,000 they wanted half or a part of.

THey were providing room and board, and food, and transportation, and God knows what else for Michael until he got the settlement. They surely had a right to ask for repayment of that. A man would have offered it to her parents. A real man, that is.

How do you know that he had not told them he would repay them?

"Lines 15 through 17 can ALSO be used against peopel who use a pacemaker, it supplants a vital involuntary function.
"

That is true, and pacemakers are sometimes removed in such cases. For example, someone who had a massive stroke which destroyed almost all brain function. The pacemaker might make the heart continue to beat, despite brain death. Not common, but it happens.

Don't take rumor as fact. MS told that story.

The Schindlers state that their father asked MS when he was going to start a therapy program for Terri, using her trust fund.

Who do you believe?

>>>The Rocha's felt about scott the same way. Isn't always easy to see through dark personalities<<<

YES!! They went on TV anddid interviews right along side of Scott's family.
They USE to love him.

But I guess some here probably think the Rocha's are devious too because they changed their tune about Scott.

You check out the facts. Everything was fine until he said no to them. Who are the ones that have dragged that poor women into the public eye? Not MS. He did just that. According to the staff at the convelesent hospital he took a very active roll in her care even becoming a pain in the Bu**. No he did not, it was only when the doctors told him that there was nothing they could do and she will never come out of this.

On homework research: I went to terrisfight.org to make a donation, but made sure I went thru' all the links...and links of links via Google, too...to make sure I learned all I could first (that's where I saw that Michael's new "wife's" last name is the same as his personal insurance company's).

I'm still reading the stuff about Judge George Greer ~ legal questions even of his qualifications to be a judge, and being asked to leave his church ~ even where Terri's three malpractice awards (intended for her health care) went...looks like some was used to pay off Michael Schiavo's mortgage on top of his attorneys, et cetera.

Wonder who holds Greer's private insurance. I'll let you know when I've learned enough to decide on a contribution.

Yes.
I'm afraid it will become more common, regardless of status of higher brain function.
This has the potential to become a true horror.

Quite often I am reminded of the slow expansion of the abortion definition and acceptable conditions.

Do you mean me? I was responding to the fact that that poster has made constant posts declaring people DU'ers. I only reminded him that his behaviour was describable as a DU'ers.

Search his posts, the word DU'er comes up about a hundred times.

MS shooting Terri up with insulin was a very caring act.

MS, every woman's dream husband. You should petition the vatican for his sainthood.

I don't know why Michael is choosing to cremate her, but I think those who think an autopsy would lead to criminal charges against Michael are engaged in some industrial-strength wishful thinking.

I agree with you. The origination and cause of any "previous history of trauma" could never be proved. If nothing could be proved back in 91 when the bone scan was done, then it certainly couldn't be proved now, I would think.

Having said that, I think MS's post-mortem plans for his wife to be suspicious and subject to public speculation, as he must also realize by this point. At the very least, he fits the typical profile of a spouse abuser and has 'control' issues, using his control over his wife to inflict emotional pain on his in-laws. That's certainly not illegal, although it's deplorable. But more importantly, it's downright puzzling.

Think about it this way: Even people with 'control' issues are usually smart enough to recognize socially acceptable behavior. Depriving his soon-to-be dead wife of a Catholic burial and making sure his in-laws don't ever get to visit her gravesite, much less attend her funeral, is behavior that will inhibit his later books sales.

Forget compassion: He has none. But why doesn't he even care about his public image?

But, on the other hand, a pacemaker could be considered life support as well under that thinking since people cannot live without them either.

I'm diabetic. I wonder if I should start worrying that my insulin could be withheld if I become incapacitated in some way.
