Michael Schiavo Plans to Cremate Terri

Michael Schiavo has taken steps that will prevent investigators from examining Terri Schiavo's body for evidence of abuse after she dies – a suspicion her family has repeatedly raised as her death grows more imminent.

Schiavo's attorney George Felos told the Washington Post on Friday that Terri will be cremated and buried in a plot owned by Michael's family in Pennsylvania.

Terri's parents had filed a request with the court to block the cremation plans, saying it would violate the religious beliefs of their daughter, who was a practicing a Catholic.

But as with every other motion filed in the case on behalf of Bob and Mary Schindler, the Florida courts have rejected the request.

A 1991 bone scan performed on Terri Schiavo showed unexplained injuries to her vertebrae and legs.

Terri's brother, Bobby Schindler, told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes" on Thursday that a doctor has testified that she might have been strangled before she was found unconscious in her home in February 1990.

Schiavo probably thinks he's going to blend into society after this is over.

I wouldn't be alive if it had been common practice back in 1903.

My grandmother would have been euthanised.
She had polio, and her right arm was atrophied.
She was supposedly never going to walk again, but no-one bothered telling her that.

Go look at the facts. He lived with the Schildlers after Terri's accident. He could never hold down a job even with Terri, she was the one working consistently.
Terri's parents were financially drained helping with Terri's medical costs.
Michael LIED IN COURT saying he wanted money to take care of his wife and her medical expenses and he needed enough money to do this for the rest of her life. However, within three months after winning the money he ordered therapy stopped and got an attorney to help fight to have her tube removed.
THIS is when the Schindler's and M Schiavo had a falling out.

MS has lied on several occasions when you look at what he was saying in court during his lawsuit and capare it to his words in front of Greer just a few months later.

All you have is MS propaganda.


Also, who do you think cares more about Terri?? Is it a man in which there are witnesses who claimed he use to say "When is this b*tch going to die", and a man who has a live in girlfriend of ten years with two kids.

Or do you think it is parents, who EVERYONE says Terri was EXTREMELY close to. You have heard people saying Teri and Michael's marriage was on the rocks before her "incident", maybe you do not believe that..okay fine. However, Have uou ever heard ANYONE come out and say "Terri and her parents were never close and she argued with them all of the time"..NO you have not even heard rumors to that effect. Terri's family has been described by everyone as loving and close knit.

I think I believe the parents care more about Terri. MS is the one who got a taste of all that lawsuit money and a taste of dating other women again and wanted NO PART in being burdened with his "wife" and her medical care, even after promising the parents and the court that is what he was going to do.

Right but none of us that have done homework will ever convince the "non-homeworkers" of where the $ went.
