Can you imagine the hullabaloo that would have followed if a dying Moselm woman was denied religious rights? The left and the advocates for "human rights" would be screaming bloody murder.

And the marines go in and shoot at Florida state enforcement?

Didn't a similar situation arise when schools were to be desegregated?

It should be fun to watch the others figure out what we're talking about.

So if Terri was a Presbyterian would they of used High-C in her tubes?

Well maybe not communion was only done once in a while, only as part of a service in the church. It is not a weekly ritual.

"The real reason is Treason against the Crown of King George."

If you were referring to George Greer, I think people really took you wrong. Seems to be a lot of Georges around these days. FReegards....

If high profile like this, it could lead to "Jihad!" and the left would be trying to understand all the looting, raping, and mob murders.

Don't be ridiculous.

Marines go to Florida with water. Florida concentration camp guards fire on Marines.
Fort Sumpter II in the Cultural Civil War. Good Guys win again in the end.

I got it immediately.

But you have to admit the name George seems to do things to people :-)

I would think that a couple of M1A1 Abrams tanks and a dozen Hummv's mounted with Ma Deuce would persuade Florida LEO' to stand down.

TO ANYONE AT WOODSIDE HOWSCHITZ: Please deliver a bucket of water to the police guards for me. Then hand them soap and a towell so that they can wash their hands of any blame.

Poster idea. Print up pictures from various movies or paintings of Pontius Pilate washing his hands. Point these out to the police and media.

That's not what I thought you meant by a religious advisor. Of course, when I go to church their is a Priest - don't be ridiculous. But I have never had to seek him out on a personal one-on-one basis for advice or counseling. That, in my opinion, is a religious advisor, as opposed to just a parish priest.

If someone in your house was dying I'm sure your priest would stop by.

The Judge asked if Terri had a priest she was in contact with. (He just used the term Religous Advisor to mullify ACLU types.) The family could not produce one.

Luke 10:30-37(KJV)

30And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.

31And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.

32And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.

33But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,

34And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.

35And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.

36Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?

37And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.

The religious leaders of Jesus day were the lawyers and judges of their day...they ruled the people with what was their equivalent of THE RULE OF LAW today..

The law said that on the Sabbaths they could do no work and that rescuing the lost giving care to the injured or disabled on the Sabbath was ILLEGAL

They would punish or demand those be punished who violated the law..

Likewise certain 'untouchables' those not of the race were 'unclean' and to talk to them or touch them was also illegal

Today we have the judges and lawyers of the death cult who have made it illegal to give a woman they are in the process of torture murdering a drink of cool water or allow her mother to place ice chips on her swollen tongue and lips

We arrest those who would give her Holy Communion..we deny her life liberty and the pursuit of happiness as well as deny her..the right to practice her religion...

This is the stuff of the Gulag...the Supreme Soviet...of Hitlers Germany..not the United States of America

We have allowed ghouls in black robes to usurp the authority of we the people as have our corrupt and cowardly leadership.

We have dishonored those who have died to make our nation free and those who are fighting that such things do not happen in Iraq ..even at this moment..

For our public officials to kill an innocent woman by use of corrupt courts and politicians is one of the darkest days in American history

It demonstrates to all Americans just how far we have truly fallen and how cold hearted, calloused we have become as a people and a nation

And what phonies our leaders are..

imo

Now that sanity is prevailing once again a lot of things need to be looked at in an unemotional state with no hysteria.

What has this taught us?

1. How much govt intervention do we want?
2. Do we want a judge to usurp a living will?
3. Do we want a judge to tell our guardian they cant pull the tube/plug?
4. If the person does not have a L.W. than can a judge make that decision regardless of family wishes?
5. If a person is unable to make decisions and has no L.W. should an outsider be assigned to make decisions, the spouse, the parents who?
6. If the spouse does not appear to be taking adequate care of an individual should the next in line be able to make decisions (parents, family members)?
7. Do we really want congress to intervene?
8. Should we expect a President, Governor to intervene?
9. Should hysteria and public opinion prevail?
10. Should religious rights prevail?
11. If a person does have a living will when is it ok to ignore those rights?
12. Should the right to pull the plug be given to the person only when the person is on life support?
13. When several docs have given a medical decision the person is in PVS?
14. Should others be allowed to impose their rights on others?
15. When several docs make a diagnosis how far should you be able to go before the DX is accepted?
16. How many courts should you be allowed to file in before its court filing abuse?

These are questions that need to be answered BEFORE hysteria prevails again and you all want laws passed.

The Bible doesn't condemn people to Hell for a lot of things the RC Church does.

A God that was concerned about such things would not be worth bowing down to for any other reason than fear.

I think Terri will be OK.
