the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to investigate violations of criminal laws. The letters cite a number of facts suggesting Terri Schiavo is a victim of domestic abuse and neglect, and may be a victim of domestic violence.

that was tried a few years ago - and they were told that in Florida law, the statute of limitations on attempted murder runs out in 4 years - so presumably, would abuse.

There would have to be clear and convincing evidence of present abuse - of course, I think depriving someone of food and water is the ultimate abuse - but there's several court orders to do it!

look on the bright side.

We Can now use starvation and dehydration as a technique against terrorist suspects to get them to talk.

No one can complain that it is torture, after all, every court in the land has declared it as a humane procedure, so let's have at it...

Are you going to prosecute him for the crime or collect evidence to discredit him in the court of public opinion. Once again; this is not a legal issue. It may have been a legal issue between the parties involved, but that is over with. At this point the debate is purely political. You are out to discredit the courts, to show that their process was unsound, and that the results were inconsistent with the most basic tenents of our state and federal constitutions.

As for MS, he has probably commited enough fraud and perjury to earn himself a very extended vacation.
