You may respect Gov. Bush. That is part of Free Will.

According to Florida's Statutes, if Gov. Bush believed Terri was in danger (can we agree she is in danger? Good.) then he and/with the DFC has the authority to go in and get Terri.

He DID NOT do it.

Therefore, he did not do everything he could under the law.

If you wish to say he did everything you may continue to do so.

I know he didn't do what the statutes says he can do because Terri still there, still dying.

And the Florida Statute that authorizes him to take her out of that HellHole is still on the books.

Of course he didn't break the law.

He wouldn't do anything that wasn't legal.

He failed to do everything he could do, legally.

Actaully he did send The FDLE to remove her for the DCF, however because of the Local Police department they weren't able to remove her.

The defense of Jeb Bush hings on weather Jeb did all one can reasonably expect a strong pro life governor do to. In my mind it is not credible that a county probate judge can overrun the US Congress, US President and State governor. It may be true, but I don't believe it.
