Bt he doesn't have the power to actually indict. THAT was what you were replying to - a call for congress to indict a judge for first degree murder, to which you replied it was up to the Chief Executives.

Nice try, though.

What part of "supreme executive" don't you understand? Ultimately the burden would fall on him, as the judiciary would undoubtedly fight back against any attempt at prosecution. Prosecutors are part of the Executive Branch, remember?
