Nice try, though.

What part of "supreme executive" don't you understand? Ultimately the burden would fall on him, as the judiciary would undoubtedly fight back against any attempt at prosecution. Prosecutors are part of the Executive Branch, remember?

Sure they are... But how could George W. Bush, one of those Executives you were complaining about, have ANY legal authority to order a Florida state prosecuting attorney to open a murder investigation?

Or, are you suggesting the President Bush open a Federal Murder case? I don't think that is anything remotely like a legal possibility.
