Terri fits the profile of the battered wife perfectly. An autopsy is needed to document the long term injuries.
The murderer Michael plans to hide the evidence, ordering an immediate cremation, with her ashes to be buried in the backwoods of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Hammesfhar was nominated for NOTHING. You could check it out on the Nobel Organization's web site, nobelprize.org, if you're interested. He's a liar and a fraud, and I wouldn't let this quack near a sick pet goldfish, let alone a human being.

Michael Shiavo's just been trying to finish off what he attempted to do in 1990. |

Michael "remembered" after having a feeding tube in Terri for EIGHT YEARS, that she "said" "no tubes" while watching a TV show.

You been sniffing methane or something? What's with the shouting? What's with the hyperbole? Better stay out of the barn for awhile.

Don't think so. These suits are often settled on a least-cost basis instead of on the merits of the case. Nothing can be inferred, but the best bet is that the insurance company said, "Take the cheapest way out."

I'm convinced that Michael has some financial windfall as a result of becoming a widower. He either as a book offer type thing or a promise of cash from the funder of care for Terri's life. He gets a big pay day when she does BUT only if they are still married.
The neocommunists and other America haters are in this as well to build the cause for the abolition of the death penalty. They don't care about the individuals so they have no problem sacrificing Terri for their cause. After Terri dies, they will chide the Christians and Americans for NOT protesting as hard for opposing the execution of Pedro the Axe Murderer.

I agree and we had a thread last night just about that issue....regardless how one feels about what is happening, taking the law into our own hands because we dont' like the outcome or results is emotional insanity...we can change the laws but what I've heard from some on FR, they would storm the castle and circumvent the courts and the law and that is where I draw the line....I would ask them who stand on their "principles", would you be so accepting of this tactic the first time a Dem or liberal use it as let's say Mayor Newsome did by marrying gays in SF........hell, I remember the uproar here and how he had no right to break the law.....seems like we can't justify our anarchy and not anothers....

YOUR ARE MAKING ALLEGATIONS YOU CAN NOT BACK UP. THIS IS THE WORST KIND OF SLANDER I'm sure that Hubby is anxious for a autopsy to be held on Teri.
An autopsy (along with the release of all of her medical and police records) will go a long way in determining the root cause of Teri's condition and the care she received.
Riiiiight!

I have also heard from another Neurologist that this guy is a fake so to speak and not looked up to much in that specialized community........

>>When Did Michael Shiavo First Start Trying to Kill Terri?
the morning after a huge fight over an $80 hairstyle.
Roughly 35 minutes after he returned home, possibly drunk, from closing the restaurant/bar on a Saturday night/Sunday morning: February 25th, 1990 (give or take 30 minutes) IMO.

The issue was, and always will be, that the GUARDIAN of Terri is conflicted, incompetent, an alleged wife abuser, an alleged adulterer, an alleged sociopath who potentially engaged in criminal activity- He is the Target. I think you can drop the 'alleged' qualifier on the adulterer point. He has been living with his fiancee for years and has fathered two children by her.
