I respectfully disagree with your comment that "Jeb and George Bush LEGALLY did all they could to stop this." If they believe that Mrs. Schiavo's rights are being trampled upon by the government, they have an obligation to step in. That's a legal obligation that they have sworn to uphold.

The judge decides that. Not Jeb Bush. Not George Bush.
I don't like the outcome here either but we are a country of LAWS which allow order. You are suggesting outcome based law that is created on the spot. That's wrong.
What the SHINDLER LAWYERS should have done is PRESENTED ANY evidence before it got to this POINT, legally.
You're jumping on the bandwagon trying to use Jeb as your scapegoat because you don't like the outcome. The fault really lies with the attorneys of the SHINDLERS.
