The judge decides that. Not Jeb Bush. Not George Bush.

I don't like the outcome here either but we are a country of LAWS which allow order. You are suggesting outcome based law that is created on the spot. That's wrong.

What the SHINDLER LAWYERS should have done is PRESENTED ANY evidence before it got to this POINT, legally.

You're jumping on the bandwagon trying to use Jeb as your scapegoat because you don't like the outcome. The fault really lies with the attorneys of the SHINDLERS.

Hi nmh -

You ask what law? Why, the Constitution of the United States of America was the law I had in mind. The Governor and the President are not required to stand idle when the judiciary fails to protect an individual's rights, and when the circumstances are as in this case, the elected executive of the state and the elected executive of the federal government have a choice with direct life-and-death effect. They are accountable for their choices. But please don't pretend that they have to stand idle.
