The travesty of this situation is that it comes down to the Schindlers having a crappy lawyer. The lawyer didn't present the evidence she wanted to speak until the last minute. The statement by Weller was posted on a site on March 20. This all comes down to procedural errors????

No, that's just the nit-picky, sorry, procedural, excuse that Greer USED to reject the sworn affidavit of TS's lawyer. It wasn't filed timely, you know?

re: some elctrode type thingies

Placed there in hopes of speeding her rehab but when all attempts at rehab were dropped her husband wouldn't allow them to remove the no longer functioning electrode type thingies. Just another example of his moving to cover his tracks. He probably knew full well that as long as he prevented them from removing the hardware that he was safe from having her examined by a modern MRI, an examination that could only be feared if one felt it might be detrimental to his position in the case. There are no words to describe the evil that is in the heart of this man.

But remember, each court hearing they were told what they could speak on. They weren't allowed to offer any new testimony. Greer is using an excuse he came up with so he can just keep on with what he, Michael, Felos were doing in the first place, murdering Terri.

Why are you not calling out others with regards to the low stuff they say? Or are you being a hypocrite?
