An ongoing investigation conducted by The Empire Journal has found that not only has Greer allegedly violated numerous provisions of the state guardianship law but that he has also alleged violated state campaign and election law by his use of public officers and the Pinellas County Courthouse last fall in a TV commercial aired during his reelection campaign. http://www.theempirejournal.com/02230590_schiavo_judge_tv_commer.htm and http://www.theempirejournal.com/02230590_schiavo_judge_tv_commer.htm
As most lawyers do: he lies on his left side, then he lies on his right side.
Jeb made a last ditch effort last night with the state police. The local police stopped that cold. All the "proper" and "civilized" means of solving the problem have been exhausted.
"As hard as it is to admit it I would now vote for Hillary Clinton for President before Jeb Bush."
proving further that no good deed goes unpunished; Jeb probably should have gone quiet till this was all over, had he his political career in mind.
I was watching Fox News,
One of their "news alerts" had a "tease tagline" that was "positive".
I rewound the Tivo, just to check. It was a "positive report". I went to Fox News Webpage. Nothing there.
I made a huge mistake.
I am very sorry for posting this.
Thank you for being so kind.
Anyone who happens to be around when one of these nut joobs feels the need to go after Michael Shiavo or Judge Greer... Ya know, maybe some innocent kids nearby or anyone who happens to be going to probate court when some nut decides to bomb the courthouse...
Ya know, people who have nothing to do with the case who are in the wrong place at the wrong time...
A day must not go by that Judge SOB Greer doesn't receive thousands of e-mails and faxes that simply say MURDERER. Maybe he'll jump off a bridge.
I am beside myself. I cannot concentrate seeing the hypocrisy and flacid ineffectiveness of our other governmental branches.
No autopsy.
I don't think they have a choice whether to do an autopsy. Florida State Statue 406.11 states:
406.11 Examinations, investigations, and autopsies.--
(1) In any of the following circumstances involving the death of a human being, the medical examiner of the district in which the death occurred or the body was found shall determine the cause of death and shall, for that purpose, make or have performed such examinations, investigations, and autopsies as he or she shall deem necessary or as shall be requested by the state attorney:
(a) When any person dies in the state:
1. Of criminal violence.
2. By accident.
3. By suicide.
4. Suddenly, when in apparent good health.
5. Unattended by a practicing physician or other recognized practitioner.
6. In any prison or penal institution.
7. In police custody.
8. In any suspicious or unusual circumstance.
9. By criminal abortion.
10. By poison.
11. By disease constituting a threat to public health.
12. By disease, injury, or toxic agent resulting from employment.
(b) When a dead body is brought into the state without proper medical certification.
(c) When a body is to be cremated, dissected, or buried at sea.
(2)(a) The district medical examiner shall have the authority in any case coming under subsection (1) to perform, or have performed, whatever autopsies or laboratory examinations he or she deems necessary and in the public interest to determine the identification of or cause or manner of death of the deceased or to obtain evidence necessary for forensic examination.
(b) The Medical Examiners Commission shall adopt rules, pursuant to chapter 120, providing for the notification of the next of kin that an investigation by the medical examiner's office is being conducted. A medical examiner may not retain or furnish any body part of the deceased for research or any other purpose which is not in conjunction with a determination of the identification of or cause or manner of death of the deceased or the presence of disease or which is not otherwise authorized by this chapter, part X of chapter 732, or chapter 873, without notification of and approval by the next of kin.
(3) The Medical Examiners Commission may adopt rules incorporating by reference parameters or guidelines of practice or standards of conduct relating to examinations, investigations, or autopsies performed by medical examiners.
It is time for The Bush's to become heros and save poor Terri.
Wonder how many are high-fiving? It has been my observation through many years that sometimes those who think they have won some great battle wind up wishing they had lost. Millions of people now know and love a beautiful young woman who experienced we know not what, and became imperfect. Perhaps she will be remembered for the rest of our lives. This will comfort her blessed parents and siblings because they will sense this as they face their incredible grief. They are broken as are we, God will carry them.
My bad that should be:
Hitler Has Only Got One Ball.
Goering, has two but very small.
Himmler has something similar,
But poor old Goebbels has no balls at ...
If people get upset when actual facts are pointed out, it won't upset me - I'd be a little saddened, but I'll be fine :)
Thanks, though :)
"Stop asking Jeb to destroy himself and the GOP. It is over. The poeple of Florida murdered Terri, by entrusting their rights to a politcal hack like Greer in the first place, despite scandal after scadal."
You are 100% correct. Jeb Bush went over and beyond, in his attempts to save Terri.
Well, I missed that ticker run then. No problem. I wasnt sure but didnt think you were trolling hysteria!!
I think you are absolutely correct.
I didn't read the rest of the comments on the thread yet, but I'm sure you've been told this remark was ridiculous, extreme and over-the-top. That's because the comparison is so very right . . . and so very obvious to anyone who has not been brainwashed by Culture-of-Death propaganda.
I am trying to look at this from only a accountability of judges stand point.
I was one of those who thought...just let the poor girl go.
But then I started learning things. That stuff had not been allowed into court and that there was no modern MRI and other things...THAT I THOUGHT FOR SURE HAD BEEN LOOKED AT. BUT THEY WERE NOT.
And with things being pointed out..and reported even by the MSM...about Greer not letting things into testimony and lack of a modern MRI......I think Greer should have ordered a new third party evaluation. AT LEAST A MODERN MRI!
I agree that the FL statute is on the Gov.'s side, but he's not willing to risk bloodshed to enforce it.
The judge overstepped his powers. It was a power play and Gov. Bush isn't willing to have others killed to reassert executive authority.
In front of an Impeachment panel of the state Senate, I would hope. The man has abused his authority and power in so many different ways it's truly stunning.
The only glimmer of hope cowering little Jebby has is to bring the whole damn group on charges in the legislature.
