Yet another reason for the Republican party to ignore the Religious Right. Fair-weather friends who stab you in the back when the going gets tough are not what he needs. You should read the Florida Statutes. Jeb Bush has had and still has, ALL AUTHORITY he needs to take a disabled person, a child, or any vulnerable citizen, into Protective Custody under the DCF!! Terri Schiavo has OBVIOUSLY been disabled and vulnerable and in great danger.
What's clear is that the Governor is really NOT the Governor. Florida is RULED by a rogue, runaway, Judge or group of Judges. That is Not what your constitution ever intended.
