Prove your numbers.
I've spend 20+ years in nursing. I've had many young brain injured people pass through my hands.
There are not 6000 Young, profoundly brain injured people per state.
You have to pull in all kinds of irrelevant and inappropriate comparisons to get those kind of numbers.
