TAMPA, Fla. In what may prove to be Terri Schiavo's parents' "final shot," their attorney was trying to persuade a judge Friday that the severely brain-damaged woman had expressed her will to live.
According to an emergency motion filed late Friday afternoon, attorney Barbara Weller said that during a hospice visit on March 18, she asked Schiavo pointedly what her wishes were. Weller directed Schiavo to say the words, "I want to live."

Big mistake- the family lawyer should have asked Terry to punch a chad out of a ballot showing whether she wanted to vote for life or death. A dimple or a drop of spit would have done the job. Everyone knows that it is accepted practice in Flori-duh to guess the intent of a voter.
[I give up..These right wing loonies that are ready
to lock & load, kidnap Terri S. and transport her to a foreign country, storm the hospice, kill the judge,
kill the husband, etc. will destroy the Republican
party unless the party produces a leader with some sense
of sanity.
GWB will be the last President elected that counts on the vote of the Christian Right. Now the whole world sees what
fanatical fools they are.]
Labeling is not your friend. It's the road to ignorance. Please don't take that road. You're reading about raw emotion on here. Understand it for what it is.
On the contrary. The death of an innocent disabled woman draws attention to the liberal dictators of death on the bench. They made the killing of the pre-born, the new born, the disabled, and the elderly a politically correct thing to do.
People fear death. It's not going to hurt Republicans. We're the good guys.
If you haven't seen this thread it shows connections on how they are all connected somehow.
"Do you think a kid that young really understands the issue
he is being arrested for other than the loony slants his
adults give to him?"
You package a slant into your compound sentence. I will deconstruct and answer accordingly.
YES a kid that young can understand RIGHT and WRONG. The traditional Jewish Bar Mitzvah, for example, is at age 12 when the boy is considered a man and able to make responsible decisions.
NO I disagree with your comment about loony slants. Good grief! The project combines symbolism and substance, to a DYING woman. You would withhold it if it were in your power?
The human kindness of the incident is far less CONTRIVED than a lot of the ugly stuff done by CHILDREN coached by radical Leftists....such as the mock dead on the Seattle school stage recently.
You use the term Loony of the kid's parent(s)....the term has its source in Lunar (MOON) as in moonbats and Lunatics... Perhaps you can reconsider, naybe even retract that.
In what ways have you personally put anything on the line, to stand for what you believed, even as a Good Samaritan? You needn't answer me, just be sure you can answer to yourself and, one day, God.
Kind Regards.
You are exactly right.
Has anyone heard word about what has happened at the appeal to the circuit court? Last I heard they were actually going to present new evidence this time showing that they really did need to get a new review, rather than using the religious argument this time....
This evidence lacks credibility.
Puh leeze.
If it was a 10-12 year old girl trying to have an abortion without the consent of the parents, the cops would be escorting the child into the clinic and arresting the parents if they tried to interfere.

Another post (MSNBC as source) says DENIED.
No, but in THIS CASE, that's exactly what would be happening.
Good.
"How would the police feel if those kids were bringing them water?"
From the mouths of babes younger then those arrested upon seeing what was going on.
So tell me, how would you feel if kids were arrested trying to bring you water while you were being dehydrated to death. Would you scold their parents?
I guess you would.
Why am I not surprised? I could have a heart attack and die from not surprise.
I wonder how many other people he may have sent to an early death when their hospice money ran out.
Yeah me too. I'm hunting for my surprised look right now.
This is the kind of precedent that will get the insurance and healthcare providers on board a socialized medicine system. A precedent that insures that they're able to stop "high cost" patients in their tracks.
Ready for the chip yet?
"It's the liberal culture of death dictated to us through the activist courts. Killing the defenseless is politically correct. We can kill the pre-born, the new born, the disabled, and the elderly."
But it's all for the best. Your papers, please. You ARE Aryan, aren't you?....
/not so sure this is sarcasm/
